e-mailed forms

Dave a non-programmer

I set-up a form on a SharePoint site that when it is submitted it is sent to
three individuals via e-mail. Two out of the three can view the completed
form the third is asked for password that we know nothing about and then an
error is displayed saying that the form template could not be found. All
three of the accounts are in the same department.
Can anyone shed any light on this subject?

Hi,
Make sure that the third person should have all the permissions to
read/write the form.

All of the people that have the form e-mailed to them have adminstrative
priviliges

We have occasionally seen the same issue

It usually can be resolved by clearing IE cache or the form cache

Worst case, is remove their profile and start over.
