e-mailing programmatically in Access 2007 VBA

I need to communicate with a Lotus Notes SMTP server. Can't find anything
recent on how to do it. Any help at all would be appreciated, guys.

Shouldn't matter how recent your reference is. VBA hasn't changed that
much...
