E-mailing reports

I was wondering if there was any way to Create a command button that would
automatically e-mail a report to a selected list of e-mail addresses.

Would I need to export the report to word first?
(I do not use Outlook, I use Lotus Notes)

Yes, you should create a file that can be attached, snapshot, pdf... then
