e-mailing with excel

when i try to e-mail a file through excel i cant access my outlook contacts
through excel but i can through outlook

Within Microsoft Internet Explorer, can you please click on tools and then
options. There will be a "Programs" tab. Click on this tab and see what you
have for your E-mail. This might sound odd. But, it has fixed my issue
before.
