E-mails are listed in the History for all of my Business Contacts

After apply Auto-Linking, some e-mails are listed in the History for all of
my Business Contacts (The solutions in Assistance > Outlook 2003 > Business
Contact Manager Version 1 > Tasks, E-mail, and Appointments > E-mail Messages
- is not working in BCM Version 2! )
p.s. Look like the problem appear with imported e-mails from different
e-mail account name (at "from" or "to" fields) that not exist in the Outlook.
p.s.s. Problem can be connected to another problem: in the Auto-Linking,
some name (also some of those that haven't got E-mail address) display
multiply times, as accounts and as business contacts.

BCM sometimes suffers from what is known as a forms cache corruption
problem. This can cause the symptoms you are seeing. Try the following:

Tools, Options
Other tab.
Advanced Options button
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache

Sorry, but still got the same problem. I did these steps:
1. Deleted all E-mail from Business History and restarted Outlook
2: Cleared Forms Cache (as you wrote) and restarted Outlook
3: At Manage "E-mail Auto-linking > E-mail", Unmarked:
a: all the Contacts/Account without an E-mail.
b: all the Contacts that display as Account (in the "Type" Column) and
vice versa.
c: all the Doubles.
4: At "Manage E-mail Auto-linking > Folders", Marked only Inbox and Sent.
5: Hit "Search and Link..." button
6: The Business History keep display some E-mails as linked to all Contacts
(As I mentioned, those are imported e-mails from different e-mail account
name, that not exist in my Outlook.)
