E-mails from Safe Recipients get sent to Junk folder.

Needs Help in Washington State

I have a list of e-mail addresses that I have placed in my Safe Recipients
and Safe Senders list. I have to continually monitor my Junk folder because
e-mails from my Safe Recipients end up in the folder continually. I have
clicked on the e-mail and then the NOT JUNK button and this does not help.
Many times if I receive an e-mail from a fellow employee who has also sent
the e-mail to other employees, the e-mail is placed in my Junk and I have to
click all the recipients the e-mail was sent to (even though they are already
in MY safe listing) to tell it these addresses are okay. We have over 80
employees and I have to click each e-mail address individually on a regular
basis.

I have checked several of the e-mails that are sent and their are no words
in the e -mail that should trigger that the e-mail may be junk (like from
e-mail rules I have previously set up).

Is anyone else experiencing this? It's very frustrating.
