Completed e-mails always go in the trash with me. However, I never empty it, so that I can get something back in the long run. Now I suddenly see that emails suddenly disappear from the trash after a few months. I've already looked in the archive, but to no avail. My question is: How do I turn off this function and can I still retrieve emails? I use Office 365.
