I have a user who is using Outlook 2000 SP-3.
Symptom: E-mails are moving from Inbox to Sent Items folder and then back
again.
Issue: Why is this happening? Is user missing messages?
Resolution (thus far): Same thing happens in a NEW profile of Outlook!
Cleared all filters. Cleared all auto-archiving. Cleared all Rules Wizard
rules (he has none, now). Still occurring!!!
There are no delegates. The user has a secondary laptop for home use and
this issue DOES NOT OCCUR AT HOME ON LAPTOP. Home Laptop has Outlook 2000
SR1!
I am not sure if this is a Microsoft Exchange Issue or more specific to his
desktop a local PC related issue...ex. Reinstall of Outlook? There are
diffent versions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
