E-mails on my server - still having issues

I followed advise from this disucssion group on 19th (thank you) and cleaned
up all my e-mails on my server.
This morning it started downloading the same 50 messages three
times each? Do you have any suggestions as to what else I need to do please.
Do I need to change my mail settings?

Perhaps your mail providor still has problems, since apparantly that was the
cause on the last occassion
However do you have any anti virus intergrated with Outlook?
Have you checked your accounts, within Outlook and ensured the option to
keep mail on the server is unticked?
