e-mails start minimized

One of my customers computers starts e-mail in minimized mode and I can't
find a way to maximize them.

Is this a known problem? (outlook 2002)

Right-click the shortcut used to start Outlook and choose Properties.
Examine the "Run" drop-down. What does it contain?
