Each emails opens in new window - help!

Each email I open from my INBOX opens in a new window. Is there a way to set
Outlook (2007) to open emails in the same window. I don't like the Reading
Pain, but I hate the way all the separate windows build up on my Task Bar.

Yes, thanks, KePaHa, so there's no way that you know of to keep each message
from opening in its own window....and staying open. That's my problem. Once
I've read it, I want it to go away, but the Reading Pane takes up too much
real estate. Thanks.
