Each page indents .5" more than the last when printing email

When my coworker prints long emails, more than three pages, each page indents
about .5" more than the last, making the email even longer.

Usually, these sorts of emails stay left-aligned, but for some reason they
now keep indenting more and more.

How do we stop this from happening?
