earn value management

Right after I baseline my project, if I run a Earn Value Management report,
my EV, AC and PV are different. I would have expect that all those values
would be the same. Why is it not?

It may be a function with your status date including the first day of the
project, but not having any progress booked. Try messing with the Status
Date to see if that changes anything.

What numbers are you expecting?

Status date assumes 5:00 PM. So this will account for the difference on day1.

Actually, as I recall, I've found some wackiness where the Status Date kind
of depends on if you display time or not in the Tools > Options menu. Without
time displayed, it calculates as of 5PM. With time displayed, it shows up
as 8AM.

....or something like that.
