I noticed that earned value only calculates when you baseline. I have a
schedule that I baselined some time ago. We subsequently decided to use
Project's built-in EVA and set all resource charge rates to $1/hr to
facilitate this. I don't want to rebaseline though (even to baseline1) since
there are several tasks that have had their dates change due to early and
late finishes of predecessors over time and I don't want to set the baseline
to these new dates. Can I snap a baseline to kick off EVA without losing the
original baseline data as the basis for the EVA calculations?
