Earned Value Problem

Does anyone know why Project all of the sudden would show
my BCWP and BCWS colums as 0.00? I have been working on
this plan for over 4 months reporting EV and it is
baselined. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hello Chip,
BCWP and BCWS values are calculated from the Status Date entered in Project
/ Project Information.
Where is your Status date compared to the Start date of your project?

The status date is the current date and when I set the
baseline, the project was to end December 31. So, what I
think happened is that because the project was supposed
to be over, BCWP and BCWS are no longer calculated. So, I
assume I have to choose a status date within the
baselined timframe, or re-baseline the project. Thoughts?
Thanks very much for the help.

To be more clear, the start date was July 25, 2003 and
the status date was "NA". However, even with a specific
date such as the current date, I still get no values BCWP
or BCWS values. Thanks again.

Hi Gerard,

The last time I saved the baseline was 10/21/03 and have
done two EV analyses since then. Additionally, the
baseline column under the "cost" table appears the same
as it always has with the proper values. Further, if I
put in a status date of 12/1/03 (well within the project
timeframe), I stil get no BCWS or BCWP values and the EV
report always has a date of 1/13/04 (or the current date)
on it. Continued thanks...

Hi Gerard,

I am sure I did not do that. All this window
(tool/tracking/clearbaseline) tells me is that the
baseline was last saved on 10/21/03.
