Easiest way to send someone a contact

I have a distribution list contact that I would like to send someone. What
is the fastest and easiest way to do this? Thx!

I forgot to add, we are both using Outlook 2k3.

Attach the DL as an Outlook Item in an RTF message. Recipient simply opens
and saves to put it in their Contact Folder.
