When I open a certain file I get 2 views of it .xls:1 & .xls:2 . How do I get rid of :2 ? Thanks

D Dave Peterson Sep 15, 2004 #2 One more... Select the one you don't want and hit ctrl-w (to close that window). Then save your workbook--else it'll be back when you open it up next time.
