Please excuse my stupidity, but I've got two questions:

1. What is Microsoft Office "Enterprise" 2007 and how does it differ from MS
Office Professional 2007?
2. Will a 2000 version "document" open smoothly in 2007?

okay...one more question. I currently have 2000. When I install 2007 will
this overwrite the existing version?
