easy way of sending the same message to several adressees

Dear all,

I currently have a thousand different messages from
different email addresses in my Outlook (98) inbox. I need
to send the same reply to everyone. Is there an easy way
of sending a single message to all of them without having
to copy and paste all the email addresses into the
addressee field of a new message and without having to
include all the addressees in my address book?

I would be very grateful if you could help me with this.
