Hi friends
I want to keep track of my ebooks submitted online to various sites
dealing with ebooks.
There is a second author too.

I want to filter columns according to -

date,
site where ebook is is submitted
author1 or author2
accepted ebooks
rejected ebooks
pending approval ebooks
website where ebook was submitted eg site1, or site2
notes

I want to enter information in form (made from database).
Can any one make a simple database in access for me pl.

Newsgroups are for asking and answering specific questions -- and, they work
well for that purpose; they aren't just sources of free development. I'm
sure there are quite a number of people here who could implement a database
to do what you want, and the effort would likely not be overwhelming -- on
the other hand, it wouldn't be trivial, either.

Just looking at your list, I think you need to consider how you are going to
be using the information, and work back from there... for example, I don't
see any dates, so your reporting may be restricted. If you don't know when
you submitted an ebook, then you don't know whether it's been there long
enough to indicate a problem, or if you are just being impatient.

Is there a way to post database text here?
I checked that link, it is different from what I want.

Ok, to be very specific,
I could be author1, or author2
so I want when viewing in forms view, there should be a drop down menu on
author1 and 2
so that I can select just the right name fro drop down.

Thanks

so you want to explicitly make it impossible to work with ebooks with three
authors?

There are good reasons why the relational datamodel is recommended. It works.
