Edit a Drop Down Box

Hi. A co-worker has already created a drop-down box in a
file, that reads from a list. I need to add to this list,
and have it show up in the drop-down box. How would I
edit the range of this?

Check from where the drop down is being populated. Is it
from a range or is it from Data -> Validation. Go there
and change the values.
