Edit and opening

When i click a name in my contacts to edit it or when i click reply, forward
and new in the e-mail the program takes around 15 second to respond (outlook
2003, XP sp2, centrino laptop M1 and plenty good hardware so is not the
compueter' fault)

Try turning off IM integration: Tools>Options>Other. Uncheck "Enable the
Person Names Smart Tags".
