"Edit as New" Function?

Is there an "edit as new" function when dealing with e-mails? For example, I
receive an e-mail from someone and want to send it to someone else, but I
want to delete their sender info. from the beginning of the document.

I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

Open the message and do Actions-Resend this message. (I think - not on 2003
anymore....)

Thanks. It worked. The only funky thing about it is that when I changed the
"from" e-mail address to mine, it still said it was from the original person

Forward the message and you can change any aspect of it that you want.
