Edit button not working

After we upgraded our Operating System to Windows 2003
Server Edition, the edit button on the browser does not
open the webpage up for editing, it does open up a copy
but not the website we want to edit on our server. Any
clues???

Yes.
Launch FrontPage, click File > Open Web.. ( open site in FP 2003 ) enter the web location
http://www.webname.com
then enter the user name and password when prompted.

Thanks for your assistance, but I was speaking on the
option that I used before, the Edit button from the
browser. Is that option disabled from Server 2003? It was
convenient by only having to hit the edit button opposed
to opening FrontPage. Thank you.

Is "Microsoft Office FrontPage" set as the default html editor in Internet Explorer >

I don't think it is disabled by default, but can be disabled by the server admin.

Personally, I never open one of my sites via the IE Edit with FP command, I always open directly in
FP.

....and, IMO, that's the way it *should* be done, Tom.

Check IIS Root Web properties Http Headers
(enable Content Expiration turns it off)
