Edit Field after Adding Tables to Query

I've added to two tables to a query to allow me to sort the data differently
(by a number from tbl_1) and to include relevant employee information from
tbl_2.

Before I added these two tables, I could edit and update data. After
adding, I can not, I"ve tried every form of relationships and the only way I
can edit data is when I remove the two tables I was hoping to include.

Can anyone provide assistance?
