I am a newbie and certainly not a computer whizz! I am creating a
e-newsletter and need to enter a link of mine into HTML code fragment, i
followed the ms help but cannot find this 'edit code fragment' when i open
'insert'. Could it be anywhere else ?

I'm not absolutely certain but I don't think you can add a HTML code
fragment to an e-newsletter.

You can however add a Hyperlink. Highlight the item you wish to link and
then go to Insert > Insert Hyperlink, or just Ctrl+K. Choose where to link
to, then add your link in the address box in the window that appears. Click
OK and the item you have highlighted will be linked. You can test the link
by holding down the Ctrl button whilst you hover over the item, then if you
click the item, the link should work. It will also work if you do an email
preview.

Someone else may have other ideas.

To edit a html code fragment, double click the code fragment box that you
inserted earlier.

By the way, if you plan on emailing that newsletter, it has been my
experience that the html code fragments will not survive the conversion to
an email message. If you are posting the newsletter then this is not an
issue.
