Edit list of Farm Administrators in 2007

How do I edit the list of Farm Administrators?
I have a section whihc is set to 'Conditional Format' to 'Hide' the section if
IsAdministrator not equal True

But the section is displayed to all users. I want to see who is part of the Frarm Administrator.
