Is there a way for one to lock an email generated from a template so that
once it is sent to a particular mailbox (alwalys same mailbox) users in that
mailbox cannot add, change, or delete information entered via the template?

Thanks in advance!

Set the sensitivity level (in options) when you compose the mail. I don't
recall if it's saved with the template or if you'll need to make the change
when you send - but you could use an after sending rule to set it.

Thanks Diane. What I did is in the Forms - Design this form is edited the
Edit Read Page and changed all my text entries to read only. I did leave them
as an entry box on the compose side. Seems to work great.

Thanks again
