Are you asking about Microsoft Picture It! ? or possibly Microsoft Digital
Image...or Home Publishing ? - all of which are long discontinued btw.
Microsoft Publisher is not a image editor so you won't find an "eraser", but
you will obviously find Text and ways of formatting text.
