Edit permissions after notebook is created.

How do I edit permissions in a OneNote notebook after the Notebook is created and in use? All the instructions I find say you set permissions when creating the Notebook. I need to share 2 notebooks. And in a Notebook created by someone else, she has set me as "read only" and now needs to change me to full access so I can post meeting minutes there.
