That options is generally available on WMF and EMF and Word Picture graphic types (graphics that can be disassembled into their
individual parts) once Word converts it to multiple MS Office drawing objects.
If you're looking to edit the content of a bitmap category graphic (PNG, BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF) then you can use a graphics editing
program to do that then use Insert=>Picture to add the modified graphic to your Word program.
You can, in Word, group items such as Word Art and borderless autoshapes to pictures to make it appear that there is a frame or
text on the graphic.

Am having one problem, if i try to edit picture in ms word, (edit->edit
picutre) that option is always disabled.
