edit project properties

I would like to change the project owner in the project properties. But on
webaccess the button "edit project properties" is not active, why? I'm logged
in whit all administrator permission. Does someone know a solution for this
problem?

IMP --

Are you a member of other security Groups in addtion to the Administrators
group? If so, remove yourself from the other Groups and let us know if that
solves the problem.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it didn't help. I'm member of the
administator security group only. Do you have an other idea?

Click the Server Settings link in the Quick Launch menu. On the Server
Settings page, click the Project Web Access Permissions link in the Security
section of the page. Scroll down to the Project section of the Permissions
data grid and examine the "Edit Project Properties in Projet Center"
permission. Is it set to Allow? If not, set it to Allow. Let us know if
this helps.
