Hi,
I have designed a very simple form using outlook 2003.
This fomm simply display
....
Function Item_Reply(ByVal Response)
msgbox ("Item_Reply")
End Function

Function Item_ReplyAll(ByVal Response)
msgbox ("Item_ReplyAll")
End Function
....

Just to track the life cycle of the Outlook forms,
When run this if fires all msgbox in the "Edit Compose Page" screen.
Means whe opening the form.

I just sent it to my self. The result was no ones of "Edit Read Page" have
been fired.

Why?
Even when I place any button on the "Edit Read Page"

Note that I have publishe this form to both personal and to a personal
folder on the public folder list.

Where is the problem?

On the other hand, how can I access the events such as Item_Send on the
"Edit Read Page"

Regards,

If the form doesn't run code after you have sent or saved an item using the form, you probably have done something to "one-off" the form. Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002, Outlook 2000 SP2 and Outlook 2000 or 98 with the Email Security Update will not run code on one-off forms; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/secforms.htm for more information on this issue.

To ensure that a form does not one-off:

-- Make sure the "Send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) tab of the form is *not* checked. [1]

-- For in-house corporate use with Exchange Server, publish the form to the Organization Forms library or a public folder's forms library, as appropriate for your application.

-- For collaboration via the Internet, publish your form to your Personal Forms library. Save it as an .oft file and send it to other people who need to use it with instructions to publish it with the same form name that you used.

Many other things can cause one-off forms. If the above steps don't work on a new item created with your form, see http://www.slipstick.com/dev/formpub.htm#oneoff for other possible causes.

[1] Whenever you publish a message form, Outlook will suggest that you may want to check the "Send form definition with item" box to ensure that the recipient will have the form, especially if you're sending to someone via the Internet. In the current Outlook security environment, this suggestion is obsolete. Ignore it unless your form has no code behind it.

Many thanks for your response; I was waiting for it before two days when I
was a newbie for Exchange Programming & Development.

Now I have made a simple workflow,
Form1- Fill a form, and then have a two added actions, while others are
disabled:
Approved Action:
Which address Form like a Forward to another (Form2) with same content of
the submitted form while every thing is disabled?
Reject Action:
Which address Form like a Reply to another (Form3) with Sam content as on
the Edit Compose of Form 1.

Note that I Checked the property of "Use Form on for responses" for Form 2
And Form3. to hide them from Org. Library.

The workflow worked fine for initial test and publishing, but after a while
it keeps sending "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
value is not valid."
some times work some time not, I could not figure a reasonable solution.

Thanks for your help,

Regards

Outlook version? That error message is unfortunately rather non-specific, and you'll find a number of references to it for different problems in different versions if you search the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
