I have a few question about frontpage 2002

Does frontpage have edit source capabilities? Will it
allow me to write my own javascripts.

Can i open a frontpage file w/ another html editor like
homesite and just publish it with frontpage w/ out any
issues?

Just curious - why would you not want to use FrontPage to do your editing?
