Yes, there are two ways.
You can use a program like DataPoint to keep the info up to date or you can
create a slightly different arrangement for showing the loop.
I will assume that you currently use a single slide presentation that is set
to loop continuously. You could ...
1) Split your presentation into two or more sections and remove the loop
continuously settings
2) Make sure the slides and animation all will advance without user
intervention
3) Create a Master Presentation that will show each of these in sequence
then loop the master presentation.
Now you can copy any of the sections, update it, then over-right the
original PPT file when the running presentation is on the other sections.
