Editing a Response to a Declined Meeting

I receive a following error when trying to edit a response
before sending a decline to a meeting in OutlookXP. OS -
WinXP.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.2627.1,
faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault
address 0x00053f03.
