Editing a SharePoint Portal Server published InfoPath form

I have a InfoPath form that I have published to SharePoint Portal server.
I've been editing this form to add improvements by customizing the form
library and then clicking the edit template button which has been working
great.

The problem I have now is that I want to add a new custom view. This view
can not be created with the InfoPath designer as it's using custom XSL
transformations in a xd:preserve template.

How do I update this InfoPath form?
