editing a workgroup

We have a secured database, I have a user who just got married and wants her
login changed (lastname). How do i edit the workgroup to change her login?

Delete her account and create a new one.

Pardon me. I was assuming that you were the one who set up accounts in the
first place (in which case you would know how to do this).

Someone with administrator permissions must open Access using the secured
workgroup file and then go into Tools - Security - User and Group Accounts.
From there you have tools for creating and deleting user accounts and
groups.
