Editing an enterprise template

I created an Enterprise template. It shows up properly in the list of
Enterprise template. My question is, how do you open the template to edit it
and save it again as a template?

Conrad:

You need to save it as an mpp. Make your changes. Delete the original from
the server and import the new version to replace it.

How do I delete the original from the server? Say, I don't need the
enterprise template anymore. How would I delete it?
