Editing custom labels

I've created a custom size label for business cards with the label wizard
and I would like to change the dimension of the margins but I can't figure
how to edit the label once I created it.

Can somebody tell me how to look at the bit where you assign sizes to the
label of an existing custom size.

File - Page Setup
It is a combination of the margins and the columns tab.

To set the Report margins:
File + Page SetUp + Margins
To set the number of columns and their width:
File + Page Setup + Columns
