Hi all,
I have MS word 2000 and copied a web page with text & graphics, and
saved it into ms word 2000. When I go to edit it I am having a problem
getting rid of extra line feeds, they look like left facing little
arrows.
I need to know how to get rid of them using the 'replace' function in
word edit mode.
Nothing I put in the 'replace' box works.
The actual code from the html document is:
<BR><BR><A
href="http://xxxxxxxxxx#Contents">[top]</A><BR>
<HR>
<H3><STRONG><A name=Tip-01></A>This is
Tip 01:
What I want to replace or get rid of is the: <BR><BR><A
and the <HR>
Any ideas please??
Tnx a bunch!
Cin
PS: there too many to edit the (now) doc by hand.
