editing email html in Outlook 2000

Is there no way to edit the html source in an email
message using Outlook 2000? Outlook Express allows you to
view and edit the source, you would think Outlook would
also.

No, outlook does not offer HTML source editing. Save it as an html file,
edit it with an editor and paste into outlook.
