To add or remove columns in the Enteprise Resource Pool, you must edit the
appropriate Table in the Enterprise Global. To do so, complete the
following steps exactly as I have them detailed below:
1. Launch Microsoft Project and log into Project Server with Administrator
permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
3. Click View - Table - More Tables...
4. Click the Resource option at the top of the More Tables dialog box (very
important step)
5. Select the Entry table and click the Edit button
6. Add and remove columns as desired
7. Click the OK button to close the Table Definition dialog box
8. Click the OK button to close the More Tables dialog box
9. Save and close the Enterprise Global
10. Close Microsoft Project (very important step)
11. Launch Microsoft Project again and log into Project Server
12. Click Tools - Enteprise Options - Open Enterprise Resource Pool
Your Resource Sheet view in the Enterprise Resource Pool should appear as
you wish, with the columns you want added or removed. Hope this helps.

I am having trouble adding and deleting columns from the Enterprise
Resource Pool view in MS Project 2002. I "check-out" the Enterprise
Resource Pool, add my RBS column and skill column, delete the Overtime Rate
column (which appears by default), save, and exit. However, when I check
out the Enterprise Resource Pool after making these edits, none of the
changes appear. I added and deleted the columns again and after saving I
exited MS Project entirely. Unfortunately the changes still did not appear.
I have administrator permissions so I don't believe that could be a problem.
Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated on how to add/delete
Enterprise Resource Pool columns.
