Editing Flowchart Created with Vision 2002 in Visio 2003

After I've made my edits to the flowchart and have exited Visio 2003, the
chart has expanded to about 400% and I don't know how to get it back to the
proper size.

Have you tried View, Toolbars, Standard and then using the pulldown box at
the far right to change the size from 400% to 100%?
