Editing Formula for Actual Cost

I want to edit the formula for Actual Cost field in Microsoft Project
2003.

Is it possible to do so???

Also, I wish to know whether I can assign different currency for each
resources... ?

For Ex: Resource1 : INR
Resource2: USD

Plz help me..
