Editing FP and saving.

After editing web pages and saving, IE 7.0 does not show the edit. The
changed editing shows or is completed when I use firefox browser. Any one
know why this happens? Often in the next 24hrs. the edit will finally show
but not all the time...

Clear your IE browser cache
- it is probably set to not refresh on each page load

Thanks Dan for the info. I too think it is a cache issue. However, If
firefox is working just fine after the edits, that means cache is not
clearing on my end. I have the settings to look for newer version EVERY time
I visit a web site, I use eCleaner prior to opening FP, I have no other
connection, as Stick memory, or external hard drive on. Sometimes it has an
error message and I see the path for saving and it is always in my temp
Internet files. I just can't get it cleaned out. I have the settings for
clearing temp IE cache set for every time I exit the web site.
Thanks for trying to help, if there is any other way to clear cache, please
let me know

Hi Stefan B, Thanks for the quick answer- IE browser is set to clear EVERY
time I go to a site... I now have also tried to refresh with Ctrl and refresh
and still nothing changes. Any other possibilities? Thanks for quick
response.

Hi Ronx, I have tried all you have suggested and still I am not able to view
and edits with IE. Any other suggestions would be of help.

Yup. It happens to me sometimes. I edit the wrong page. Maybe it has the
same or similar name in a different directory. Makes me scratch my head
a bit.
