Editing global template in Project Server

I have a project template done in Professional that I want to set up as the
global template. Is there a way to do this? How do I make it happen?

Hi Karen,
Open the Enterprise Global, and open the template, and then use the
organiser to copy the views etc across from the template to the EGT.

Karen:

For project templates, you can use the import wizard and make certain that
you set its type to "template" in the save dialog. PMs can then access the
template to start new projects. There is no way to force PMs to use the
template.
