Editing Issues - Link to Tasks Error Message

Hi All

We are using a template of the Issues section to track
our project Actions but when attempting to edit the
Actions we receive the following error message:

"An unknown error occurred in updating the Microsoft
Project Server database. Log on to Microsoft Project Web
Access again and link the document to tasks in the Tasks
page".

By clicking Ok and overriding the message the changes are
saved but does anyone know how to avoid receiving this
error? We do not want to link tasks to Actions.
