Editing Live web pages

Can you help?

I want to put simple results tables onto my webpages and allow other users to efit these pages.
How do I do this and would all the users need FP?

SOunds like he wants something like a user info table, and wants the users
to be able to update their info that appears there. I could be wrong, but
that is what I get out of the question.
