Editing / modifying a theme (project server 2007)

Hello,

I have been able to copy an existing theme and have the newly created theme
being available in the theme list (need to modify SPTHEMES.XML).
I have tried to change the colors or images without much success.
Do you know any blogs, pages which would give me hints on how to do this?
